They recently (February 2017) sold the adjacent site – 52 Poland Street to a Aprirose, who have appointed Z Hotels to run it, having secured hotel planning consent in late 2016.
Besides Arlo, Quadrum have a US hospitality portfolio of around 2,000 hotel rooms, in NY, Chicago & Miami and US$1.4bn in equity capital invested globally (21 major projects globally, 15 of which are in the US)
Price £130m to include hotel, retail and restaurant space.

THPT Comment: Great Marlborough Street has been on the market awhile, so great they have secured the hotel planning consent and Arlo will be a fresh brand for London.
