Our client, London-based, names royalty & leading funds amongst its investors. They have diversified into new growth areas, including hotel portfolios and office buildings.
Their completed projects include some of London’s largest and most dramatic penthouses and residences with grandeur. They can show case studies.
Their search for hotels is either Vacant Posession or VP within a year, city-centre or strong residential area and large UK conurbations.
Flag & Management: Flag and management free, or able to break within 12 months
History: As above… been trading since 2000
