Rotana, a leading hotel management company has announced two new properties under their new brand, Edge by Rotana. The announcement was made at the Future Hospitality Summit 2022, on Monday. Arabian Park Hotel and Damac Hills 2 Hotel are set to open on October and November, this year.
Rotana currently operates 100 properties across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Turkey. Their new brand Edge by Rotana, which was launched in May, will now house these two new UAE property developments.
“We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of two new Edge by Rotana managed hotels in Dubai. The new properties will add 623 keys to our growing portfolio and further diversify our offering to respond to increasing demand,” said Guy Hutchinson, President and CEO of Rotana.
“The tourism sector is thriving with global events around the corner and we look forward to new developments as we remain on track with our expansion plans,” he added.
Arabian Park will be located in Al Jaddaf, launching in October, with 328 hotel rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, deli, pool bar, pub and meeting rooms. The three-star hotel will be housed adjacent to the five-star Al Jaddaf Rotana, Dubai.
Damac Hills 2 hotel is located in the Akoya Oxygen community, with 295 modern rooms, dining facilities, an urban bar, deli, café and a pool bar. The hotel will also offer amenities like a gym, swimming pools and meeting rooms.
“Launching in two vibrant locations in Dubai, both hotels will welcome guests to a modern way of living matched with convenience and comfort ensuring the delivery of our brand promise – Treasure Time,” concluded Hutchinson.
