Buyer: Starboard Hotels in partnership with Citrus Group (headed up by Anton Curtis, a long-time associate of Paul Callingham). This will be Starboard’s first Hilton franchise to add to the 13 branded hotels that the company owns and operates throughout the UK. Starboard boss, Paul Callingham said “the location of the hotel is excellent, being next to Park Royal underground whilst close to, Hangar Lane, Crossrail and the proposed HS2 terminus at Old Oak Common.”
