Buyer: Set in a restored Georgian terrace in London, Sun Street Hotel spans six Georgian townhouses and five floors, with the hotel originally designed by architect George Dance the Younger. Sun Street Hotel will comprise 41 bedrooms including seven suites designed by Bowler James Brindley, a destination restaurant and bar alongside a private members’ club.

The new hotel is located close to the City’s Liverpool Street and Moorgate, Sun Street Hotel will offer a simple and refined space for guests to enjoy in comfort and style.

They have appointed a new general manager, Caroline King who joins the new hotel, from her role of group chief operating officer for South-East Asia’s Ormond Group, a new collection of boutique hotels due to launch around the world.

She has experience at Home House and The Milestone Hotel in London. King comments: “I am delighted to take on this wonderful opportunity as general manager for Sun Street Hotel. Bespoke is renowned for its level of excellence and personalised service and my mission is to ensure everyone is treated like an individual, not a room number. By tailoring each guest’s experience to suit their wants and needs, we expect Sun Street to be a hotel that is returned to again and again.”
