On December 2, 2021 Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Collection unveiled its magnificent Parisian home. Now part of LVMH Group, Bvlgari offers it’s 7th property worldwide in the City of Lights. Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts collection is known for its unique locations, its harmony with the surroundings, its blend of traditional design with contemporary Italian architecture and on top of that an excellent service.

In Paris the property is a union between Italian and French cultures. Like their magnificent jewels, synonymous with the bold Italian style, Bvlgari properties are a tribute to absolute luxury and an ambassador of the Italian art de vivre around the world. Timeless glamour of the Italian jewelry heritage.

Located in the Triangle d’or, on 30 Avenue Georges V, a  few steps away from The American Cathedral of the Holy Trinity or The Champs Elysées, the property is the epitome of elegance. Inside, nothing is pretentious. Once one passes the immense glass doors of the hotel, you are not in Paris anymore. A black and white photograph of Sofia Loren on a balcony overlooking the Avenue George V hangs on the wall of the reception area while the window openings have been extended to cover two floors, a nod to celebrate the genius works of architect Andrea Palladio during the Italian Renaissance.

The 5 star hotel includes 76 rooms and suites (mostly suites) with the spectacular 400 square metre penthouse with its enormous panoramic roof garden opening onto the city. Add a gastronomic 100% Italian dining concept imagined by three Michelin starred Chef Niko Romito and an extraordinary lavish spa. The inside has entirely been designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel Italian architectural studio with the help of the French architecture agency Valode & Pistre for the outside.

The junior executive suite

The urban resort is definitely devoted to art and culture. A collection of Gio Ponti ceramics, Carlo Scapa vases, light marble tables, Bvlgari vintage advertising campaign or books about the heritage of the house are sprinkled here and there merging with the walnut color floor, shimmer rose gold silk carpet, eucalyptus doors and delicate Fontana Arte Pinecone lights. “In this residential sequence of public spaces opening into a secret garden, the two capitals of Paris and Rome that have competed through history to prevail in creativity, style, history, fashion, cuisine and art find the key to an armistice” said architect Patricia Viel and Antonio Citterio. Working with the best of Italian craftsmanship and French artisans, they have created a welcoming and cozy cocoon.

The Roman High Jeweler has understood the major role that water and spas played in Ancient Rome. In Paris, Bvlgari delivers an incredible experience within its 1,300 square metre spa on two levels. Time seems to have stopped. The 25-metre semi-olympic pool is lined with mosaics created from a myriad shades of emerald, jade and malachite. Glints of gold reflect on the surface of the pool.

The space evokes the baths of Ancient Rome and is interspersed with imposing sandblasted glass columns. On them, the Bulgari constellation motif is engraved and designed by artist Luca Maleonte. While the space is spectacular at first sight, it becomes very intimate. The second pool or Vitality pool as they call it, is marvelous. Decorated with a mosaic, identical in style to those of the Roman baths at Caracalla, it is like swimming in the Bvlgari Divas’ Dream jewelry collection.

Notes of Calabrian bergamot perfume follow you into your suite. That is one of the flowers used by master perfumer Jacques Cavalier to create the Bvlgari fragrance. Designed like apartments, each element, from color tone, furniture to each fabric, bed linen or cashmere blankets of the suites are impeccable. The mini bar becomes a golden brown and beige travel trunk.
