The hotels are all more or less are around the the Russell Square/Bloomsbury area of London, so as a Portfolio, could be managed as a Cluster operation. The area, set in what could be considered Central London, is positioned in a sought-after location close to many major corporate, medical and educational institutions as well as cultural venues such as The British Museum.
No doubt the leases could be extended under new ownership.

THPT Comment: A great opportunity to secure this group of small hotels…makes sense to go for the six hotels as a package.

This is a new feature on the THPT site…. Hotel & Serviced Apartment owners can be naturally reticent in publicising their property is for sale…for confidentiality reasons, for staff and current client reasons, so the properties featured in this section will either be “generic” or “name specific”
Each fortnight we mail the opportunities posted that week, but check-out the tab “Hotels Available” and call us for details of “Under the Table” – deals not posted on the site at all
