Owner: The mixed-use tower was developed and completed by SRG Holding in 2008. The hotel was previously leased by a third party operator and was running under a different name. Since 2019, the property has been undergoing an extensive refurbishment and property improvement plan leading to it’s recent relaunch as Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City, which is managed by SRG Hospitality under license by IHG.
Brand: IHG Hotels & Resorts has further expanded it’s Staybridge Suites footprint in the region with the opening of Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City.
Guests will have a choice between 225 suites, a 24/7 convenience store, an infinity pool, and a concept spa.
The Staybridge Suites brand has grown to more than 305 properties worldwide with over 33,000 rooms, since 1997, with Dubai Internet City being the latest addition.
